Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation/Rescheduling
of an appointment up to 24 hours before appointment time: no cancellation fee.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
of an appointment less than 24 hours before appointment time, or no-show at
appointment time:
50% of therapy fee will be added to the therapy fee at the
time of your next session or charged to your credit card.
Repeated
last-minute cancellations/rescheduling, and/or no-shows count separately and
will be added to the fee of your next session.
Cancellation/rescheduling/no-show fees also apply for gift
certificates (fee based on value of gift certificate) and house calls.
